We had a great stay. Well stocked, very clean. This place is really better than the pictures. Mike gave us his cell and was a good host. The house is very nice and we have stayed at several places in the area. We will try to make it back up for fishing next summer.

The house is really layed out well. The gas fireplace in living room is great. Large tv in living room as well as bedroom upstairs Little guest house is great! Has tv, fridge And baseboard heat that keeps it toasty warm. We enjoyed staying here and would come back in a minute Thanks for having us!!!

I came up for work, but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My older boys thought the guest house was a fun perk and the home is really cozy with the fireplace and view. Mike was great and reached out to us a few times. It was stocked with everything we would expect and very clean. A great stay for the money!

We had a blast a this place! We came up for a wedding and a getaway and were surprised at how much there was to do in the area. The back patio is relaxing and this place is in a quite neighborhood. The host was great and I don't think our stay could have gone better!

This place is cute! It is on a quite marina and was perfect for us. I have stayed at fancier places, but if you are looking for a up north cottage on the water this place was clean, well stocked, and really perfect for our family.

Description

Make Marina Cottage part of your Mille Lacs Adventure! This home is located on a channel and has a private dock to keep your boat away from large waves that can come up fast on this lake. We have a fully equipped kitchen, Wifi, smart TVs, and a cute guest house. This property is close to the casino, a golf course, hiking & biking, ATV trails, many restaurants and breweries and some of the best fishing in the area!

The space

There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. The guest house is detached and has two twin beds in it.

Guest access

Guests receive a passcode to log into our online guestbook. There is a ton of information at your fingertips, including check in & check out information, where to find & use everything in the home, detailed videos of inside & outside amenities, lists of what is stocked, what to consider bringing & much more!

Other things to note

We are currently working on getting mini-split AC in each room, developing what will be one of the best game rooms in the area, getting a new dock, working on a little beach area, and putting in a firepit. We will update the listing as we make this improvements and hope to have some or all of these done by the summer, but can not guarantee it. Book it “as is” and we hope to “wow” our guests with any improvements.
